  • Very good book , explains the difference between wealthy and poor people at different levels of income

  • Good quality research, slightly dated. Important principles highlighted with regard to thr mindset of the wealthy. Good case studies and examples that bring the concepts to life and more appreciable.

  • This is a good book... for those who want to be in the poor and middle class! If being rich is your goal, investing must occur. The book mentions frugality like 95% of the time. Anyone ... the poor class, middle class and the rich class can be frugal! However, educating yourself and understanding what the rich do is how you become rich! The rich DOES NOT work for money! The poor and middle class DO! The rich invest their money! So why not learn to invest yours. This book does not express this. The first step is to mind your own business and not your jobs business! Starting a part time business in your spare time will get you there!

  • Great Book! Key points Be Frugal, look for quality clothes on sale :) Be fastidious about your financial life, Plan/track your finances and pay/invest in your self/family first! It was nice to listen too the book was a little outdated but the basic principles mentioned are timeless!

  • I love the hardcover version of the book and this Audiobook version is an excellent compliment to the book. Laura is essentially teaching the public the make order of the chaos that our minds engage in all day long, which is unfocused and undirected chatter. Laura defines it as intuition and gives her readers tools to develop their intuition in a way that helps them live healthy and successful lives. Do yourself a favor and order this book. It will change your life.

  • A good mindset changer book. I did like listening the audiobook.

  • Incredibly helpful as a young, high earning professional with relatively little finance knowledge. Great read for those just starting to make good money for the first time.... life changing.

In The Millionaire Next Door, Thomas Stanley shattered the contemporary held beliefs about America’s rich and how they got that way.
It is seldom inheritance or advanced degrees or even intelligence that builds fortunes in this country.

Wealth in America is more often the result of hard work, diligent savings, and living below your means. The Millionaire Next Door reveals the common denominators that show up again and again among those who have accumulated wealth.
