Hey all. So I stupidly ran reset all settings and I lost the Cydia app. Thankfully, I can still jailbreak my iPad (9.3.3). I'm able to access Cydia by going to safari and entering 'cydia://'
Although there are many alternatives available, Safari is still the most popular browser on iOS. With iOS 7 and upcoming iOS 8, Safari delivers fast, better and beautiful browsing experience on your iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. However there are various limitations like you can’t download files.
From there, I deleted Cydia Substrate and installed icleaner and Cydia eraser. I was able to run icleaner by using safari and entering 'icleaner://'
Everything works, I just don't see any apps in the home screen. Is there any other way to run Cydia eraser?
EDIT: thanks to /u/AlexBuz I managed to get back my jb after stupidly resetting all settings (Cydia app disappeared)

SafariTabCount
If you ever wanted to take a quick glance at many how tabs are currently open in Safari, you may want to check out SafariTabCount. A tiny but useful tweak, SafariTabCount displays the total number of open tabs on the tab switcher icon.
Other than this, you can also hold on the tab switcher icon to either close all the opened tabs or add a new page. You’ll have to select either action from the tweak’s preferences pane.

With Nitrous, third-party apps can also make use of Apple’s Nitro Javascript engine to load Javascripts 3 to 4 times faster. For instance, Google Chrome can use it to load Javascript faster just like the stock Safari app.
